There is no greater joy for a teacher than to see her students flourish and grow using the foundation she taught them. I am proud to share here what some of my past students are doing with Latin dance now.
This lovely Bachata dance was performed by Spike and Tasha Cohen, who are now taking lessons with Let's Dance Studio in Myrtle Beach, SC. This performance took place at Valor Park in Market Common on July 4, 2011 as part of a fundraiser for the Grand Strand Humane Society.
Here are Spike and Adalia (our former dance instructor) dancing at Brickhouse Lounge in Myrtle Beach, SC. Adalia was visiting from Abu Dhabi and it had been over a year since she last saw us dance.
Adalia Ellis was our first latin dance instructor. She taught us for 8 months until she had to move out of town. We are so thankful to her for igniting our passion for latin dance. We still remain in touch with Adalia and consider her a dear friend.

One of the fabulous opportunities of Latin dance classes are the friends you make. Here is a video of Spike dancing with his friend Sharon at Brickhouse Lounge in Myrtle Beach, SC.
